"God Mode" in Windows 7 It is not Special

http://www.kompas.com/data/photo/2009/05/13/0220356p.pngA tweak for Windows 7 has been circulating on the Internet. He is labeled Windows 7 "God Mode." But unlike "God Mode" in a game, this one was nothing like 'God. "

Tweak is enabled by creating a new folder and name it with a specific string suffix. String is (ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C). So why name GodMode? You see, when I first supply string name is GodMode. (ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C).

Indeed, writing in front of the circuit GodMode. (ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C) can be replaced with any name. Folder icon that you see after changing the name of that folder will appear as the Control Panel.

How does it work? Well, if you like fiddling with Windows, you must be familiar with the (ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C) as a GUID. Now you do the above ditto with dismantling a developer features.

First, you've got undocumented features of the shell where the filesystem folders can easily be made a part ruangnama, as described on MSDN. Basically, any folder named. will appear in the visible part of the Explorer, and navigate to the folder that will make you go to the root of which is determined by ruangnama part of the name. This is of course not a user feature, but the developer features.

The second thing you find is the folder "All Tasks." This is a special shell folder that is used as a source of search results "Control Panel" which appear in the Start menu. This folder is not designed to be viewed directly look like the normal Control Panel folder (can be accessed from the Start, Control Panel), which contains items similar to a custom view that is designed to be easy to navigate. All Tasks folder does not have a custom view, so you will only see a list of standard Explorer.

Surely God Mode does not explain new things other than whatever you've been seen in the Control Panel. The difference is appearance.

However, playing with it should be done. This trick also applies to Windows Vista. Just to be remembered, though can be done in Windows 7 version 32 bit and 64 bit, you do not not advisable to do so in Windows Vista 64 bit because it will cause the crash. Fortunately already available 'antidote' in http://www.windowsvalley.com/blog/create-a-master-control-panel-shortcut-and-explore-the-all-tasks/.

One that also need to be aware, this action is not supported by Microsoft.
